2012 will witness an exciting development in the evolution of our little festival. Inspired by Sunrise Off Grid’s Future Farming Conference and facilties which are steadily becoming world class, we’ll demonstrate our ecologically conscious credentials by delivering an outstanding line up of speakers, workshops and spoken word.

Collectively, our world is facing convergent crises which threaten its capacity to harmonise ecologically, amidst chronic social and psychologiocal imbalance and the continuation of centuries of violent global underdevelopment. We hope that the Cloud of Unknowing will provide a weekend of sancturary, with experts from across the progressive movement coming together to share their experiences, build networks and inspire hope.

This is a ambitious step forward for Cloud Cuckoo Land which, if successful, will provide a platform for the creation of a renowned, community focused and ecologically conscious gathering from 2013 and beyond, to be organised alongside the festival with a comparable depth of resources.
